In Makadi Bay we have developed a project for a resort consisting of four hotels, two of which are already opened, while the other two are still under construction. The resort encompasses a small shopping centre with an area inspired by the typical Cairo market of Khan el Khalili, a leisure area where night shows will take place, and a small reception for 60 rooms. The first hotel, opened in 2002, is the Grand Makadi, with 306 rooms. The second hotel, Makadi Palace has 514 rooms. The third hotel, under construction, is the Makadi Spa, with 265 rooms, and the fourth is the Makadi Family, with 612 rooms. In the central area of the complex, there are a large theatre, a convention centre for 300 people, a botanic garden, sport areas, and a seaside walk along the beach, connecting all hotels.
